These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of My Dream Wedding (“the Service”), operated by MurCat LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service

My Dream Wedding is an AI-powered wedding venue visualization tool. You provide text prompts describing your dream wedding venue, and our Service generates images based on those prompts. The Service operates on a credit-based system — you purchase credits and spend them to generate images.

Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased through Stripe. All purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time, but changes will not affect credits you have already purchased.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Generate content that infringes on any third party’s intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the underlying AI models or algorithms
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our written permission
• Resell or commercially redistribute generated images without our permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.

Generated Content

Images generated through the Service are created by AI and may not perfectly represent real venues, products, or settings. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated images for any particular purpose.

You retain rights to the images generated from your prompts, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated images complies with applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by MurCat LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MURCAT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MurCat LLC, its officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without cause, at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits will not be refunded upon termination.
